How to adjust the height
The adjustment of the seat height is made by modifying the lenght of the telescopic
tube situated at the seat base (Figure II). Thus you will have to press the push button (2) and
adjust the tube to the required position.
If the Chair's height is not convenient for the patient or the therapist there is a possibility
of adjusting the Therapy Chair's height.by altering the cable length (1). For this purpose,
partially fold the chair by pulling upwards the front part of the seat and the cable will be released.
You will then be able to take out the cable terminal (3) and place it in a higher or lower position.
c) How to position the face cradle and other complements
To place the face cradle (Figure III) first loosen the fixing nuts (6) and then insert the
tubes (5) into the bolts at the rear part of the chest piece. Next, position the face cradle to the
required height and tighten the nuts (6).
To adjust the face cradle tilting, release both levers (7) and place the cradle into the desired
position. Mind that the toothed pieces fit together correctly before tightening them again (Figure
IV).
The arm rest position (Figure II) is adjusted by either shortening or tugging the strap (4)
which fastens it to the Chair's frame.
The chest and head cushions are supplied with Velcro ® allowing different positions.
3) MAINTENANCE
a) Metal frame
In order to enjoy this product for a long time it is highly recommended to do the dusting
regularly with a wet cloth. You should perform a periodical inspection to the chair in order to find
any sign of malfunction or damage (nuts, tension cable...).
We do not recommend to make use of this chair in areas of high humidity because of the
metal frame.
b) Upholstery
A wet cloth should be enough to do the dusting. Anyway, if the leather is not properly clean
you can use a smooth sponge soaked with soapy water and dry immediately afterwards. Absolutely
avoid the water from breaking through the seams. To prevent moisture from entering the seams,
do not wash with abundant water.
It is highly recommended to use a cotton sheet to protect the upholstery against sweat,
creams or massage oils. The face cradle area should be given a special protection.
Use soapy water to clean the stains. Avoid using alcohol, any solvent or stain remover
because they could damage the leather.
The use of infrared lamps may crack the artificial leather. You should then put a cotton sheet or
towel on the upholstered areas.
