OPERATION
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this unit is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade wider
than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in
the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper
outlet. Do not change the plug in any way.
TURNING THE UNIT ON/OFF
1. Insert the plug into an AC 120V electrical outlet.
2. Press the main power switch on the bottom of the unit to turn on.
3. Place the unit on the floor in front of your chair or seat.
4. Place your feet in the footbeds.
5. Press
on the control panel to turn the unit on.
6. Press
again to turn the unit off.
NOTE: The air pressure will begin on low intensity in massage program SOOTHE.
NOTE: It is recommended to wear socks while using the unit. Do not use with shoes.
IMPORTANT: Do not stand on the unit or use while standing. Do not sit on the unit.

Press
once to turn on; press a second time to turn off.
The massage will begin in low intensity. Press once to increase to high air
pressure intensity.
Press once to change the air pressure intensity to low.
The massager is preprogrammed with 3 massage programs. Each provide a
different combination of kneading and air pressure massage. Press PULSE,
SOOTHE, or ENERGIZE to try each massage program.
Press HEAT to turn on heat. Press a second time to turn the heat off.
