Module Installation

The wall assembly is carried out with the enclosed
fastening materials (2 x hanger bolts M10x120 + 2 x
hexagon nuts M10 + 2 x washers M10). Drill approx. 7 cm
deep with a Ø 12 mm drill at the drilling points according to
the enclosed drilling template. Then insert plugs and screw in
the hanger bolts into the masonry until the plug threads are
no longer visible. Now suspend the FWM20/FWM35 on the
threaded bolts and fit with washers and hexagon nuts.
The assembly on the backup tank is carried out with
the enclosed assembly materials (2 x threaded bolts M10 x
120 + 4 x hexagon nuts M10 + 4 x washers M10). After the
assembly of the backup tank insulation, the threaded bolts
are screwed approx. 10 cm deep into the threaded bushes
located on the backup tank. Then fit the locknuts (length see
table and sketch) and suspend the FWM20/FWM35 on the
threaded bolts and secure with washers and hexagon nuts.
Note:
A detailed description of the FWM20/FWM35 module
installation as well as the PSKR15 return flow pump can be
found in the manual of the PSR backup tank.
CAUTION:
Tightening the assembly screws too tightly damages the
insulation.
