Check / Actions to take
▶ Is the plug securely plugged in?
Make sure the plug is properly plugged into the
outlet.
▶ Is it being used in a place with a lot of smoke,
dust, or Odours?
Contact customer service to confirm the exact
cause.
Replace the True HEPA Filter and the High Capacity
TM
AOC Carbon Filter.
▶ Is the Check Filter indicator light on?
Replace the filters as required.
