3.3 CONNECTION TO THE COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM
The compressed air enters the jack's circuit through the quick rotary fitting on the manual control to raise and
lower the jack. It is therefore necessary to ensure that the air system's hoses have couplings compatible with the
quick fitting already on the jack. Make sure that there is at least 6 mm of space for the air hose to pass through
and that it is not choked off. Working pressure: 8-10 bar. It is essential that no oil of any sort or any other liquid be
allowed to enter the air circuit. By extension, your air system must be equipped with an FRL to guarantee dry air
on use.
3.4 ACCESSORIES
The jack comes with two extension attachments - 45 cm and 75 cm. The plate and the extension holder are directly
integrated into the jack. Never use more than two extension attachments! The manufacturer cannot be held liable
for any damage caused by any failure to comply with the indications for use given above. Any such failure will
invalidate the warranty.
3.5 SCRAPPING AND DISPOSAL
All fluids must be disposed of in accordance with current regulations. The jack and its parts must be destroyed or
disposed of by the user in accordance with current regulations.
4. Use
IMPORTANT: To operate correctly, the jack must always be used or actuated when
horizontal. Before using the jack for the first time, it is indispensable to bleed the air
quickly from the system by raising-lowering it 3 times with no load, to the maximum
of the piston travel.
Follow the safety instructions in this manual at all times.
