Cleaning
· Disassemble the grater in the reverse order than described in the section
Assembly and disengage the locking device. Press it all the way
down in order to remove the meat grinder from the work surface.
· Remove the upper part from the device.
· Only wipe off the base and crank with a slightly moistened cloth. Do
not clean these parts in the dishwasher and do not immerse them in
water.
· As the grinding discs and the knife are made of a special knife steel
they might rust. Therefore please only clean these parts by hand and
store them slightly oiled in a greaseproof paper.
· All other parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher at low temperatures
up to 65 °C. However, we recommend cleaning by hand with hot water
and some mild detergent.

Warranty
We cover this device with a warranty of 5 years from the purchase date.
Damages due to normal wear, unauthorized use, improper treatment,
incorrect use, lack of care and cleaning, willful destruction, transport
or accident, and repair by unauthorized persons are excluded from
this warranty. Contact your dealer in case of warranty claim. The
warranty can only be honored if the device is accompanied by the sales
slip / receipt.
