 Before removing the iPod switch the sound system back to standby mode.

Charging the iPod

When the iPod is inserted into the sound station the iPod's batteries are charged
no matter whether the sound station is in standby mode or switched on.

Playback

 Switch on the device using
SOURCE
to select the iPod mode. The screen
shows "PLAY" and then the time.

