If the camera does not recognize the APN
information of the SIM card, please take out the
SD card from the camera. Put the SD card into
the computer, here you can see the file named
tmp_apnuser. Open it and fill in the Sim-card
information; IMSI and APN information into the
form. (You can see the Sim-card info in the top
corner on the camera screen). If the account
number and password are blank, you can leave
it blank but make sure to fill out IMSI and APN.
Afterwards please save the file put the SD card
into the camera and press restart. Please delete
"tmp_", but do not change the file format
