HOW TO MAKE TOASTED SANDWICHES
1. Before first using please wipe the surface of the platens with a damp cloth and dry with cloth ,
tissue etc .To obtain an even golden brown result , you can slightly butter the side of the bread
in contact with the plate.
2. Fit the plug into the wall socket.
3. Close the Sandwich Maker and prepare sandwich while toaster is heating.
4. When the Sandwich Maker is ready after about 3 mins the temperature indicator light (the
green one) will be lighted.
5. Fully open the Sandwich Maker, place a slice of bread in the bottom half with the buttered side
against the platen.
6. Filling the sandwich, pressing the bottom half into the platen.
7. Place your filling and cover with the second slices of bread with buttered side up. You can toast
only one sandwich if you wish. Fillings should be placed well within the sandwich slices.
8. Lower the upper cooking plate carefully onto the bread until the sandwich maker is tightly
clamped.
9. You sandwich will be toasted in 2-3 mins or longer to suit your taste. Open the toaster and
remove sandwich using plastic or wooden spatula. Never use metal knife as this may damage
the non-stick coating.
10. Close the lid to preserve the heat until ready to toast the net sandwiches.
11. Prepare further sandwiches if required while the one is cooking.
12. After use, remove the plug from the wall socket.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the
following:
·Read all instructions.
·Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs
·To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plug or Sandwich Maker into water or any
other liquid.
·Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
·Do not use appliance for other using.
·Unplug the appliance after using and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off
parts and before cleaning the appliance.
·Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or
has been damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for
examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
·Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
·To reduce the risk of injury, use only accessory attached if recommended by the appliance
manufacturer.
·Do not use outdoors.
·Do not let cord hang over sharp edges of a table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
·Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
·To disconnect, remove plug from wall outlet.
