Volcanic Stone.
The charcoal should be cleaned at least once a month and the burners once a week,
since the volcanic stone of the barbecues generates dust that can block the burner outlet
holes, so it is necessary to clean these holes regularly with a metallic brush to avoid its
obstruction and allow a good combustion.
The volcanic stone should be washed with soap and water and subsequently cleaned
so that no soap residue is left. In case of having to change it, volcanic lava of a size be-
tween 2cm to 4cm should be used and the quantity to be placed is 4 kilos per command,
distributing it in such a way that there are no gaps.
- CONSERVATION AND MAINTENANCE
A general cleaning of the appliance must be carried out annually. It should be considered
clean injectors, valves and lubrication thereof.
To grease the valves, remove the knob "by gently pulling it" clean the shaft with a cloth,
and lightly grease the shaft and replace the knob.

4. POSIBLE FAILURES

Burners do not ignite

The flame gives off black gases and has a strong yellow color

b.- Dirty burner, Proceed to clean.
c.- Lack of primary air, check that the appliance has the feet in place and there is an
opening between the countertop and the furniture and that nothing is closing the air inlets
and outlets.
THIS IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM SINCE IT CAN GENERATE A BAD COMBUSTION
GENERATING EXCESS OF MONOXIDE OR OTHER HARMFUL GASES

a.- You must hold down at least 15 seconds.
b.- The thermocouple is defective, replace thermocouple.
The barbecue burner does not ignite at all
a.- The burner of the barbecue has not been cleaned and burner holes have been sea-
