Problem
No power or
response.

Cause
The unit is not plugged into
an electrical outlet.
The outlet is not working
properly.
The power cord is damaged.
The air purifier is defective
or malfunctioning.
The filter may be too dirty
if it's used for a long time.
Using the air purifier in
moist conditions or water
entered in the filter.
Dirty filters and room air is
bad.
This PM2.5 sensor is very
sensitive.
Auto Mode has just been
turned on.
The unit is defective or
malfunctioning.
Dirty filters.
Filters installed improperly.
The foreign object inside
the unit.
Flimsy or slanted surfaces
resulting in an abnormal
noise and vibrations.
Solution
Connect the plug to a powered electrical
outlet.
Try plugging the air purifier into a different
outlet.
Immediately discontinue use and contact
Customer Support.
Replace the filter.
Replace the filter.
It means the air quality is good when the
value is under 12. It needs to pay attention
when it goes higher than 35.
Allow the air purifier to run for 15S. The
display of the LED numbers will stabilize
once air quality has been detected.
Immediately discontinue use and contact
Customer Support.
Replace the air filters as instructed in the
Replace the Air Filter section on page 9.
Place the filter properly. Please refer to the
Replace the Air Filter section (page 9).
Immediately discontinue use and contact
Customer Support. DO NOT attempt to
open the air purifier yourself.
Place air purifier on hard, flat surfaces.
