Switch off the oven and leave the stone grill plate inside to cool down completely.
Treating the stone grill plate in this way will give it an even colour. Stone is a natural
material, and its characteristics will vary from slab to slab. Small cracks due to heating
are to be expected and do not constitute defects. Therefore, warranty claims concerning
such cracks will not be accepted.
How to prepare raclette cheese
Cut 200 to 300 grams per person of a soft-cutting cheese into slices about 3-5 mm thick
and put them into the mini-pans.
Operation
• Fit the grill plate, insert the plug into a suitable wall socket and turn the appliance
on.
• After a pre-heating time of about 10 minutes, the grill plate is ready for use.
• Place the food to be cooked on the grill plate. To prevent sticking, we recommend
first applying a light coat of oil to the plate.
• Put the pizza or raclette ingredients into the mini-pans and place them under the
heating element. Leave until the cheese has melted.
Hinweis: Do not place empty mini-pans in the appliance while it is switched on,
instead leaving them on a heat-resistant surface.
• After use, turn the thermostat all the way back to the left, let the heating elements
cool off and unplug the appliance from the mains.
Practical hints
• Frozen food should always be properly thawed before it is cooked.
• To avoid damage to the coating of the mini-pans and the grill plate, only the
spatulas should be used when removing food.
