When you hear two beeps it means that also the infusion phase is terminated and the tea is ready to be tasted.
The button light (13) turns red.
If you do not want to taste the tea immediately do not pull the plug from the socket. Check that the power on
button (13) is illuminated: the appliance will keep the tea hot for half an hour. At the end the appliance turns
off automatically.
If you have not selected any infusion temperature, the appliance will heat the water to 85 +5°C (185+41°F)
as set by the manufacturer.
If you want to keep the tea hot for more than half an hour, remove the jug and reinsert it on the power base.
You can set the heating temperature to 85°C (185°F) or 100°C (212°F) by pressing the button (11) or (12).

To boil only water
You can use the appliance for boiling only water. Repeat the operations of filling the jug with water. Do not
insert the filter holder and the filter. Close the jug with the lid. Leave the infusion time selection knob to "0".
Press the power on button (13). When the water reaches 100°C (212°F), the appliance automatically turns off.
