3. Ensure the supply to the installation system is isolated.
4. Remove side valve bungs (A) and spout outlet cap (B).
Important note: The instructions show the "LA" lever option, the assembly method
and set up are the same for the "LB", "R", "CCR" and "CBR" handle options
