3.1

Cutting materials

HW = Tungsten carbide
HC = Tungsten carbide, coated (Marathon MC, TDC)
DP = Polycrystalline diamond

4. Intended use

4.1 RPM n / n max.
The RPM range marked "n" on the tool has to be kept, resp. the specified max. RPM "n
max." is not allowed to be exceeded!
4.2 Usage category and working method
Please pay attention to the specifications of the machine manufacturer concerning the
applicability of the tool.
The specified tool is only allowed to be used for the type of feed marked on the tool.
MEC (mechanical feed)
Tools marked with "MEC" shall only be used on machines with mechanical feed!
MAN (hand feed)
Tools marked with "MAN" are also allowed to be used on machines with mechanical feed!
- With feed direction: Forbidden due to danger of kick back!
