OPERATION
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than
the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the
outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper
outlet. Do not change the plug in any way.
TURNING THE UNIT ON/OFF
1. Place the unit on the floor in front of your chair or seat.
2. Insert the plug into an AC 120V electrical outlet.
3. Press
on the control panel to turn the unit on.
4. Press
again to turn the unit off.
IMPORTANT: Do not stand on the unit or use while standing. Do not sit on the unit.
NOTE: It is recommended to wear socks while using the unit. Do not use with shoes.

The foot and calf massager has 4 preprogrammed massages. Cycle through to
find your favorite massage.
Intensity
The massage will begin in low intensity. Press INTENSITY once to increase to
medium and a second time for high. Press a third time to return to low.
