End-of-life disposal
Old appliances do not belong in household
waste!
If the appliance can no longer be used, every
consumer is required by law to dispose of old
appliances separately from household waste, e.g., at a
collec�on point in his or her municipality/district. This
ensures that old appliances are recycled properly and
that nega�ve effects on the environment are avoided.
For this reason, electrical appliances are marked with
the above symbol.
Ba�eries and rechargeable ba�eries must
not be disposed of in household waste!
As a consumer, you are legally obliged to
return all ba�eries and rechargeable ba�eries,
regardless of whether they contain harmful
substances, to a collec�on point in your locality, or
to a retailer, so that they can be disposed of in an
environmentally friendly manner. Only return
ba�eries to your collec�on point in a discharged
state!
