Set up trailer operation
· Connect and start the Examiner
· Select „controllers diagnosis"
Press "Next"
· Select vehicle
(enter chassis number and Km)
Press "Next"
· Select System in the
left column: "Other systems"
· Select controller in the right column:
"Valeo PDC" Press "Next"
· Establish communication by pressing "Next"

Once communication has been established:
· Select "Active diagnosis"
· Select "Activate trailer device present "," Press "Next"
On conclusion of programming check in the parameter
list whether the parameter "Trailer device " is set to
"Present".
