Inserting the batteries
Lift the transparent cover next to the yellow On/Off button on the top-side of the head lamp
gently and open it. Insert three AAA-batteries. Please take into consideration the polarity
(+/–) printed into each battery compartment. Close the cover until you can hear it snap in
place.
Troubleshooting
If the light does not work: Please check whether the ends of the batteries marked with +/–
are placed in the correct position.
Make sure to only use NEW batteries.
Adjusting the elastic headband
Insert the elastic headband into the housing of the head lamp like shown in the figure.
Adjust the two clips in order to loosen or tighten the headband.
Note: If you are wearing the head lamp for a longer period of time, put the headband
a little looser to avoid it pressing to your head.
The adjustment straps at the headband can be used as an alarm whistle in case of
emergency.
