Charging the battery
Your device has a rechargeable built-in Lithium Polymer battery. The battery is charged via a USB
connection.
Before using your device for the first time, you must fully charge the battery:
Connect the end of the USB cable (provided) to a free USB port on your computer, then connect the
other USB-C end to the USB-C socket on your MP4 player.
Your player's built-in battery will begin charging.
It takes 5 hours to fully charge the battery during the first four charge cycles. For subsequent cycles, it
takes 3 hours to fully charge the battery.
A new lithium battery only achieves its optimum performance level after 2 or 3 complete charge and
discharge cycles.

Before charging, turn off the player to avoid any malfunctions.

You can also charge your MP4 player using a USB-C/USB adapter (not included)

connected to the mains.
Low battery
The length of time the battery's charge will last depends on the volume, the type of files played, and
the operations performed. The battery icon on the display allows you to see how much the battery is
charged/used.
For optimum performance, the lithium-polymer batteries must be used regularly. If you do
not use the device regularly, the battery must be recharged at least once a month.
