4. Troubleshooting
Problem
No power.
No display
appears on
the device.
Blood
pressure
readings
appear too
high or too

Apply the arm
cuff tighter.

with the cuff.

Possible Cause
Battery is depleted
Blood pressure varies
constantly. Many
factors including stress,
time of day, and/or
how you apply the arm
cuff, may affect your
blood pressure.
Arm cuff is applied too
loosely
Moving or talking while
taking measurements,
and the pressure of the
cuff is interfered with.
The signal is poor while
measuring blood
pressure.
The device has
malfunctioned.

Solution
Recharge the
battery
Hold still for a
moment and
try again
Tighten the arm
cuff and try
again.
Remain still and
do not talk
while taking
measurements
Take blood
pressure on a
bare arm.
