WARRANTY
To make sure the unit is covered by the warranty, you must keep the original packaging. Your unit is
supplied with a three-year warranty by default, or longer if specified upon purchase.
The receipt serves as the warranty. The warranty date begins when you receive your unit.
The warranty includes replacement parts, labour, and delivery of a repaired device, subject to regular
filter replacement. The warranty does not cover incorrect or misuse of the products.
The filters and ozone generator module are parts that wear over time. They are not covered by the
warranty. The warranty only applies if NatéoSanté certified filters are used.
The warranty is no longer valid if errors and damage are caused by external problems and events.
The warranty also excludes products that are modified, repaired, or added by the customer or any other
unauthorised person. The warranty is limited to the replacement of parts that are identified as defective
by our Customer Service department. If your unit is not operating correctly, contact your dealer.
15 - Hygeolis
A turbine failure has been detected. Please contact your dealer.
Cool air from the ground level is drawn up, filtered, and then propelled out.
This can make the air feel cool.
Check that the battery is correctly positioned or insert a new battery.
If this does not solve the problem, please contact your dealer.
When a new filter is installed, filter use must be reset by inserting a thin rod
into the reset button
Replace the filter according to the procedure on page14.
