The ambient temperature should not exceed range 5- 40°C and the relative humidity
should not exceed 85%. Use the unit in properly ventilated spaces. Do not block the air
outlet of the unit. Keep the appliance away from any hot surfaces. Always operate the
device out of the reach of children and persons with reduced mental, sensory and
intellectual abilities. The work area should provide immediate access to the compressed
air shut-off valve. Make sure that the pressure of the air supply to the unit does not
exceed the recommended range.
ASSEMBLY OF THE UNIT
After filling the gun tank with paint, connect the female pneumatic end ¼ (the so-called
quick coupler) to the male end of the device.
IMPORTANT: the unit may only be operated with compressed air, the use of other gases
is not allowed. The supplied air should be dry and clean; a filter with a dryer should be
installed in the compressed air system.
3.3. Working with the device
To start painting, lightly squeeze the gun trigger. Hold the gun vertically towards the
painted surface and spread the material evenly. The spray distance should be
approximately 170-220 mm.
3.4. Cleaning and maintenance
a)
Before any cleaning, adjustment or replacement of accessories, also when
the unit is not in use, disconnect the product from the compressed air supply.
b)
Always clean the appliance after use. The varnish spray gun should be
disassembled and its elements thoroughly rinsed, e.g. in a nitro solvent. Blow
out the elements with compressed air after cleaning.
c)
Use only non-corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning the surfaces.
d)
After each cleaning, all the parts should be dried well before the unit is used
again.
e)
Store the unit in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct
sunlight.
f)
Use a soft cloth and a brush for cleaning.
g)
Do not use sharp and/or metal objects (e.g. wire brush or metal spatula) for
cleaning as they may damage the surface of the appliance material.
