BATTERY
The battery has a limited life in terms of charge cycles. Keep in mind
that this can be affected by the storage temperature and humidity of the
area. Therefore, battery problems caused by wear, sulfation and physical
damage would not fall into the category of manufacturing defects, so the
warranty would not cover it. Batteries under normal conditions do not
discharge. If you have any questions about its handling, consult the User
Manual.
Warranty voids
Warranty cancellations will be applied when detecting the following
cases:
1. Unauthorized repair, misuse, collision, neglect, abuse, accident,
alteration, misuse of non-product accessories or breakage, altered
warranty label.
2. Failure to comply with the recommendations and instructions for
use
3. When the original information on the invoice shows signs of
having been altered.
4. Blows, deterioration caused by liquids or corrosive substances or
any other anomaly attributed directly or indirectly by the consumer.
5. The product has been modified or repaired by unauthorized
persons.
6. Derived from the use of the product, show wear typical of its use.
7. Not keeping the original purchase invoice or information on the
order placed
8. Breakage of any part of the product
9. Parts in poor condition
10. Guarantee security seal has been tampered with or has been
removed from the corresponding place.
11. The warranty period has expired.
12. Damages due to major causes.
