TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The unit does
not work
despite being
connected to
the power
supply and
setting the
temperature
and fan
correctly.
The heater
becomes red.
The device does
not heat up,
only the fan is
running.
Possible cause
Loose power plug or
broken connection.
No electricity in the socket.
Input voltage is too low or
too high.
Air inlet restricted /
blocked.
Temperature not set high
enough.
Thermostat failure.
The self-resetting thermal
fuse worked
Solution
Pull the plug out of the
socket, check the connection
and the socket.
Check the connection with a
different socket.
For power supply, use the
power supply as required for
this device (see the technical
data table).
Place the unit away from any
curtains, walls, etc., so
elements that can restrict or
cut off the air supply.
Set a higher temperature.
Turn the temperature
setting knob and listen to
whether there is a "click"
during the action of turning,
i.e. whether the thermostat
opens / closes - if not, it is
probably damaged. If it is
not damaged, the heater will
turn on automatically after
the device cools down.
Turn off the unit and check
the air inlet and outlet for
any restrictions or blockages.
Unplug the power plug for at
least 10 minutes to reset the
thermal fuse.
