1. Disconnect the building-side connecting
cable from the power supply and secure it
against being switched on again. To do
this, trip the corresponding circuit breaker
of the house installation.
2. Remove the mounting plate (1) by
loosening the screws (2). Then carefully
lay the light on its side so that it cannot be
damaged.
3. Drill holes in the mounting base and
insert the supplied dowels there. The
positioning of the holes should correspond
to those of the screw holes (3) on the
mounting plate. Make sure that the dowels
are flush with the substrate.
4. Then fix the mounting plate (1) to the
mounting base using the screws provided.
5. If necessary, loosen the strain relief (4)
to vary the length of the cable.
6. Connect the wires of the cable according
to "Figure 2".
7. Place the light back on the mounting
plate (1). Then retighten the screws (2) to
fix the light to the mounting plate. The
installation is now complete.
