Troubleshooting
Issue
The di user does
not turn on.
The LED light and
pump are working,
but no oil is di using
or the di user is
di using abnormally.
The LED light turns on,
but the pump does
not work.
Oil is leaking from
the pump
The Bluetooth signal
is weak.
Possible Cause
1. The power cord is not
properly connected.
2. There is no power
to the outlet.
1. The pump is not
properly and
securely inserted.
2. The oil bottle is empty
or lower than the end
of the oil tube.
3. The oil tube is not
securely attached to
the pump.
4. There is a blockage in
the pump.
The di user is stuck in
Mist O mode.
1. The pump or di user
were tilted prior to use.
2. The oil pump
is damaged.
1. The di user is on a
metal surface.
2. The device is too far
away from the di user.
Solution
1. Check connections on both ends
of the power cord to ensure
proper connection to the di user
and power outlet.
2. Try another power outlet
1. Remove the pump from the
di user, realign the markings,
and press down to secure
the pump.
2. Add more essential oil or
change out the bottle.
3. Remove and reinsert the oil tube
into the pump.
4. Clean the pump according to
the Cleaning and Maintenance
instructions.
Wait for the Mist O mode to end
or press the Mist On button to reset
the pump.
1. Clean the pump according to
the Cleaning and Maintenance
instructions.
2. Reinsert the pump into the
di user. If the pump has been
damaged, order additional
replacement pumps.
1. Set the di user on a di erent,
non-metallic surface.
2. Move the device closer to
the di user.
