REFERENCE TO THE PRINCIPLES OF THE
GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE
The manufacturer guaranteed the correct functioning of the machine. He
commits to carrying out the substitution of defective parts due to poor quality of
the material, or for defective construction as established in article 1490 of the
Civil Code.
The warranty period is two years since the purchase date (date of our
commercial invoice).
If any functioning problem occur within this period, on motors purchased in EU,
Master can accept a return for inspection purpose. Master will reserve the right
to examine the problem and reply within 30 days since returns receiving. Master
will agree the eventual repair or replacement consequently.
For EXTRA-UE countries, assistance will be carried out remotely only.
The guarantee is valid if the purchaser is able to show proof of purchase and
has satisfied the agreed conditions of payment.
The guarantee of correct functioning of the devices granted by the manufacturer
is meant as the same undertaking to repair or substitute at no cost, in the
shortest time possible, those parts which should break down during the period of
guarantee. The purchaser cannot enjoy the right to any compensation for any
damage, direct or indirect, or any other expense. Attempts to repair by personnel
not authorized by the manufacturer will nullify the guarantee.
Excluded from the guarantee, are fragile parts or those exposed to natural wear,
such as corrosive agents or procedures, overloads even if only temporary, etc.
The manufacturer will not be liable for any damage caused by faulty assembly,
actions or insertions, from excessive stresses or negligent use.
Repairs under guarantee are always to be understood as "ex the manufacturer's
works". The costs of related transport (both ways) are always at the expense of
the purchaser.
Complete or partial removal of the adhesive label (containing the item details)
invalidates the guarantee. Before the request for an authorized intervention, the
purchaser must ensure that the original power cable is present and that it is no
less than 30 cm in length.
