• First check whether the processing trolley has been delivered intact and complete.
The individual parts (see scope of delivery) are in the drawer cabinet.
• In the top drawer there is a key and handle bar with fasteners and tools.
• The bottom drawer contains the hydraulic hoses, the holders for the additional tools and the foot switch.
• The handle bar and the holders for the tools must be mounted accordingly.
• Make sure that the specified mains voltage corresponds to your mains connection.
• Make sure that the workplace is as level as possible and that there is sufficient lighting.
• Block the castors and connect the power, the processing trolley is then ready for immediate use.
• The diode plug of the foot switch is connected to diode sockets on the side, depending on the intended
operation.
• The operating mode is set to "bending" or "punching" on the main unit.
Only then will the safety sensors on the device respond.

A risk exists of injury if the device is lifted in the packaging or if the lifted device falls.
• please note the maximum permissible lifting weights for people. if necessary,
a lifting device must be used.
• do not stand under the suspended device.

when the device is put back into operation, there is a risk that incorrect storage or lack of
corrosion protection may pose a risk from blocking device components.
• Before starting up again, make sure that everyone can move easily components as well as
the correct functioning of all safety devices (see section "Maintenance and inspection").
• Wear personal protective equipment, especially gloves and safety shoes, when transporting and
installing the device (see section "Personal protective equipment").
• Make sure that the installation surface on which the device is installed is level and has sufficient load-
bearing capacity.
• Determine the roles of the "4-station processing trolley" at the installation site to ensure that the device
is in a safe position and to prevent the device from being moved (unintentionally).
• Check the power cord and plug of the device for damage. Do not use the device if it is damaged!
• Pull out the power cable to the required length and plug in the power plug.

Should a dangerous situation arise when working with the device, immediately stop all
!
dangerous movements of the device.
• in a dangerous situation, press one of the red emergency stop buttons (14, 18) on the device,
to stop the work!
• Alternatively, press the foot switch beyond the first pressure point.
this also leads to an immediate stop of the work process.
