The following cookware is not suitable for use on the induction unit:

Operation
6.1
Function
A high frequency induction coil (18-30 kHz) is located immediately beneath the ceramic surface and heats the
cookware placed on the surface. This way the heat is generated in the cookware only. This makes it possible
to cook very efficiently, as there is little loss of heat between the induction cooktop and the cookware. Induction
reacts immediately. The heat is produced in seconds after the induction unit is switched on and diminishes
just as quickly after it is switched off. This can be best compared with cooking on a gas stove.
6.2
Use
- Place the induction unit on a stable, flat and heat-resistant surface, according to chapter 5.1 Installation site
requirements.
- Ensure that the device stands plane on all 4 feet and that the openings for air supply and outgoing air are not
covered.
