Description of the appliance

Operating principle

● Heat is supplied via electrical heating elements below the heat-retaining surface.
● The heating elements are thermostatically controlled.
● In the event of overheating, for example due to a defect in a component, switching off is carried
out by the safety temperature limiter.

Commissioning

The appliance must be professionally connected before it is switched on. The on-site electrical con­
nected loads must match the connected loads on the appliance! For setting up and connecting, see
page 23, chapter 9.
. Before using the appliance for the first time, clean with a cleaning product that dissolves grease.
● Cleaning and care, refer to page 21, chapter 6.
