CHECKING CHAIN
The chain must be glued to the output sprocket. After installation, please
check it again. (Image 7).

2.4. ADJUSTING THE CHAIN TENSION

When using the chainsaw, the chain overheats and can stretch. If necessary,
adjust the chain tension as follows:
Disconnect the battery from the chainsaw.
If necessary, slightly loosen the nut on the back.
Turn the adjusting screw clockwise to tension the chain (Image 8). To
loosen it, turn the screw counterclockwise.
To check the tension of the chain, pull it from the center and verify that 1
to 3 links protrude from the lower part of the bar (Image 9).
If the links are fully visible below the bar, or if they are not above, it means
that the tension is incorrect.
Repeat the adjustment.
