SET UP & USE
BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
1. Carefully unpack and remove all packaging materials.
2. Clean with a mild soap and water solution.
CAUTION: Take care to prevent water from entering into the appliance.
3. Set the multifunction pizza maker/grill on a dry flat surface making sure there is
approximately 4" of space around each side of the appliance.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put a few drops of vegetable oil on the baking plates to prevent sticking.
2. Close the pizza maker and plug it into a 120V AC electrical outlet.
3. The unit has 2 independently temperature control knobs. There is a temperature
knob for the top cooking surface and a temperature control knob for the bottom
cooking surface. You can turn on one or both temperature knob(s) to select a
temperature range between 0 (low), 00 (medium) and 000 (high).
4. Turn on the 30 minute timer.
NOTE: The unit will not heat without timer turned on.
5. Both green temperature ready indicator lights will illuminate when heating. They
will turn off when the unit is preheated.
NOTE: When the device is turned on for the first time, a slight odor will occur. This is
normal, ensure adequate ventilation.
USING THE MULTIFUNCTION PIZZA MAKER BAKING FUNCTION
Both top and bottom plates should be used when using the multifunction pizza
maker to bake. It is recommended to set both plates on 000 (high) to preheat. Once
preheated and both green indicator lights turn off the unit is ready for baking.
Baking Pizza
The unit can be used to make frozen or homemade pizza. If making homemade pizza
with fresh dough, it is recommended to place the uncooked pizza dough directly
onto the bottom baking plate and add toppings. Never over-fill or mount your
topping too high on your pizza. The topping should always be below the height of
the top baking plate to prevent burning.
On average it will take about 25 minutes to bake a pizza, depending on the thickness.
It is recommended that you open the lid briefly to check the progress and see if the
cheese is melted and crust is browned.
Making Quesadilla's or other items
Follow the same instructions as Baking Pizza. Select the temperature according
