5. LIMITED WARRANTY
CLAMPER disclaims all warranties which are not expressly covered by this instrument or may
not result from express legal purpose. CLAMPER limited warranty: shall be 36 (thirty-six)
months (period which comprises legal and contract warranty) from the date of purchase,
covering, exclusively, manufacturing defects and / or defective components, including repair
services in the country where the product was originally purchased. The right to the warranty
is conditioned to the return of a non-violated product, including receipt of purchase stating
the price, date, place of purchase and description of the product. What is not covered: damage
caused by accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, inadequate installation, maintenance by a
CLAMPER nonaccredited person, natural agents such as fire, flooding, natural wear due to
protection against surcharges, electrical disturbances not characterized as surety (transitional
overvoltages), temporary overvoltages caused by anomalies in the electrical system, or used
in disagree with the instructions and specifications described in the user's manual. How to
