Troubleshooting
Performance of this unit will depend upon several factors.
1. A good solid connection from clamps to the battery and the ground connections are a must. Rock the jumper cable
clamps back and forth to make a better connection.
2. Clean connections between your vehicle's battery and its terminals is very important. Corrosion (soft, grayish-white
build-up) on battery terminals must be removed. Disconnecting the battery cables and cleaning them and the battery
posts with a water and baking soda solution is recommended for optimal connection.
3. Recharge Jump Starter a minimum of every 3 months and more often during warm summer months. Always recharge
after every use.

Should this product fail to perform satisfactorily due to a defect or poor workmanship within ONE YEAR from the date
of purchase, return it to the place of purchase and it will be replaced, free of charge. Incidental or consequential
damages are excluded from this warranty.
