MAINTENANCE OF YOUR OVEN

With good care and cleaning, your appliance will retain its appearance and continue to
perform at its best for a long time. Here's how to properly care for and clean your oven.
To ensure that the various surfaces are not damaged by the use of an unsuitable cleaning
agent, please observe the information in the
CAUTION! -
RISK OF SURFACE DAMAGE.
Advice:
1. Clean the cooking compartment after each use. This will prevent the build-up of dirt.
2. Always remove lime, fat, starch and albumin residues (e.g. egg whites) immediately.
3. Immediately dispose of leftover sugary foods, if possible, while they are still hot.
4. Use suitable grilling utensils, e.g. a grill pan.
5. Wash new sponges thoroughly before use.
Do not use:
1. Strong or abrasive cleaning agents.
2. Cleaning products with high alcohol content.
3. Hard scouring pads or sponges.
4. High pressure cleaners or steam cleaners.
5. Special cleaners for cleaning the oven while it is hot.
