Fault
The machine cannot produce
water
Water flow is smaller
Water does not taste good
Hot water does not reach the
specified temperature

Fault description
Code
Reason
Fault E1
The machine stops after producing
water for 90min continuously and the
water tank is not full. Fault indicator
goes on and displays "E1".
Fault E5
When the intake water temperature is
between 0-3°C. Fault indicator goes on
and displays "E5".
Fault E7
Input voltage 160V-280V.
Fault indicator goes on and displays "E7".
Fault EA
EA is displayed when there are 2 or
more faults.
Reason
1. Check if there is tap water in the tank.
2. Check if the filter is blocked by excessive dirt.
Check if the filter is dirty or has been used
beyond its service life.
1. Check if the filter has exceeded its service
life and has not been replaced.
2. Check that the machine parts have not
been disassembled.
3. Check whether the parts are perfectly
fitted and screwed together.
4. Check if the silicone sealing ring is
damaged.
1. Too much hot water has been dispensed
in a short time.
2. It is disconnected.
The machine is incorrectly connected.
1. Check if the machine is properly connected.
2. The thermostat protector on the heating
cube does not reset.
