Dehumidifier does not start

inserted completely into the outlet.

Check the house fuse/circuit breaker box.
The bucket is full.
The bucket is not in the proper position.
The dehumidifier is malfunctioning.

A loud noise when operating

The dehumidifier is tilted instead of upright
as it should be.
The floor surface is not level.
The dehumidifier may be damaged, or a
foreign object may be inside. Stop using
the dehumidifier and contact Customer
Support. Do not try to repair the unit.
Red light keeps flashing

The bucket is full. Pour out the water in the
bucket and put the bucket back into the
original position.
The bucket is not in place. Put the bucket
in right place.
Contact Customer Service if the dehumidifier operates abnormally or does not operate, and
the solutions above are not useful.

Dehumidifier does not dry the air as it should
Make sure allow enough time to function.
Make sure there are no curtains, blinds or
furniture blocking the back of the dehumidi-
fier. Leave a space of 10cm around the
product.
Check that all doors, windows and other
openings are securely closed.
Room temperature is too low, below 50°F
(10°C).
There is a kerosene heater or something
giving off water vapor in the room.
Strange smell coming from the dehumidifier
If the dehumidifier emits a burning smell,
please turn it off and unplug, and contact
Customer Support.
Make sure not to use your purifier in an area
with high humidity or while diffusing
essential oils.
Water on the floor
The unit was placed on an uneven floor.
Hose to connector or hose connection may
be loose.
Intend to use the bucket to collect water,
but the water plug is removed.
