Fasten the BOTTOM (D) to the RIGHT END (C) and
UPRIGHT (F). Tighten four 3-5/16" HEX HEAD SCREWS (7)
using the L-WRENCH (6).

NOTE: You should start each SCREW a few turns before
completely tightening any of them.
