I cannot connect the product to my smartphone via NFC
Make sure that your smartphone has the NFC function and switch it on manually if necessary. Also make
sure that your smartphone is not locked while you want to connect it to the product via NFC. Hold the
smartphone directly over the NFC sensor (11) on the product for approx. 5 seconds.
Also check whether the product is in Bluetooth

Please note that not all smartphones support the NFC function. In this case, establish the Bluetooth
