DESCRIPTION

This HDMI splitter with extension function over Cat 6 cable increases the transmission distance of the
HDMI signal up to 40 m for a 1080p resolution. The transmission over Cat 6 cable reduces the cost and
makes it easier to pass the cables through tubes and walls.

Each splitter output operates with a receiver powered by the Cat 6 cable itself.

The EDID function negotiates between the player device and the screen the most suitable formats of
resolution, frequency, colour and audio in order to obtain the best image.

1.- SIGNAL: splitter LED power indicator.
2.- RESET: device reset button.
3.- 5 V DC: power supply input for mains adapter provided.
4.- EDID: EDID mode selection in the splitter. Consult the table below to select the best display on all
screens.
Place the DIP microswitches in the required position to select among one of the following options:
5.- IR OUT: remote control transmitter connection output.
6.- INPUT: signal input, HDMI connector.
7.- OUTPUT: local monitor signal output, HDMI connector.
8.- CAT. 6 OUTPUT: outputs to connect to the receivers' input, RJ-45 connectors. Use a length of Cat 6
cable that does not exceed 40 metres.
