the nut item 410. Then pull off cup spring item 409, pressure disc with drilling item 411 and the
spur gear item 407.
After removing the pressure disc item 408 and the snap ring item 413, the grooved ball
bearing item 412 can be pulled off as well.
ATTENTION! At assembly " torque adjustment":
Pull the needle sleeves item 415 out of the housings item 401 and 417, if necessary.
Re-assembly
Before starting re-assembly, check all parts for wear and replace them, if necessary. Wear
parts are in particular vanes, radial shaft sealings, o-rings and end plates.
1. Handle
Re-assembly is performed essentially the same as disassembly, but in reverse order. If the
gasket item 26 is replaced, fix it with adhesive (Loctite 415). Make functional gauging of valve
trigger fixing key and of the valve.
2. Motors
Re-assembly is done essentially in reverse order.
Remove any oil and resin residues from the rotor slots. The new vanes should fit easily
into the slots. When assembling the inner motor parts ensure correct spacing. The axial play
between rotor item 13 and end plates items 7 and 15 should be approx. 0.04 mm per side. The
chamfered edges of the spacers items 10 and 18 should point towards the centre of the rotor.
Direction of rotation of motor: counter-clockwise looking at output side (shaft butt / pinion).
3. Gearboxes
Unscrew complete water connection item 210-218. Loosen screws item 429 and pull gear
head item 401 from intermediate housing item 417. If necessary, disassemble inner gear parts.
After removing the snap ring item 433, the switch lever item 431 can be pulled off. Loosen snap
ring item 427, pull off spur wheel item 406 and wheel item 405. Remove steel ball item 418,
pressure spring item 419 and feather key item 426 from output shaft item 402. Remove snap
ring item 425 and spur gear item 404.Loosen snap ring item 421 from the gear head item 401
and pull out output shaft item 402.
Remove intermediate disc item 422 and snap ring item 423 and pull off grooved ball bearing
item 420. Press shaft sealing rings item 435 and item 436 out of the gear head.
After removing the snap ring item 437, pull countershaft, assy. item 403, 407-414 and 416
out of the intermediate housing item 417. If the spur gear item 407 has to be replaced, loosen
the nut item 410.
Then pull off cup spring item 409, pressure disc with drilling item 411 and the spur gear item
407.
After removing the pressure disc item 408 and the snap ring item 413, the grooved ball
bearing item 412 can be pulled off as well.
Subsequently the assembly of the main components can be done.
Grease
Use sodium saponified semi-fluid grease GP 000 M - 30, DIN 51502, approx. 100 g,
