Instruction sheet and packaging must be retained since it contains
important information.
For the safety of your child please pay attention to the following:
1. Adult assembly only.
2. Small parts are of chocking hazard and are not suitable for children
under 3 years.
3. Please keep plastic bags away from children to avoid su ocation.
4. Vehicle must not be used in tra c, on roads, pavements, slopes or
sand, near other vehicles and in areas other than private grounds.
Watch out for pedestrians.
5. Vehicle should be used on a at surface; avoid sharp bumps, drainage
covers and similar. Avoid also streets and surfaces with water, sand,
dirt, gravel, leaves and similar.
6. Humid and wet weather may impair traction, braking and visibility.
7. Do not ride at night.
8. Do not overload the vehicle. Please take note of weight restrictions.
Maximum capacity 35 kg. Only suitable for one child.
9. This vehicle is unsuitable for children under 3 years old due to its
maximum speed.
10.Children riding this vehicle should be supervised at all times by a
responsible adult.
11.Do not ride in water or any other uids. Do not ride in the rain.
12.Come to a stop when approaching an obstruction, turn away and ride
in another direction.
13.Battery charging must be performed by an adult.
14.Please charge the battery in full before and after storing it for longer
periods. Recharge the battery every 3 months to prolong the battery
life.
15.Replace weak batteries.
16.Children must not open the battery protector.
17.Battery, charger, electric wire, plug, enclosure, remote control and
other parts should periodically be checked for damage.
18.The battery of the vehicle must only be charged with the supplied
charger. The charger is not a toy.
19.Please examine the charger regularly for damage to the cord, plug,
enclosure and other parts. If damage is found, please do not use the
vehicle with the charger until the damage has been repaired.
20.Please check regularly the batteries of the remote control und replace
them, if the range of the remote control is not su cient anymore.
21.Please clan the vehicle with a damp cloth only.
22.Please check regularly all components of the vehicle are in good
condition and especially before each ride. If components are faulty,
damaged or worn-out, please repair or replace them immediately. Do
not use the vehicle as long as it is damaged.
23.Riders must always wear a tted helmet.
24.The use of the vehicle requires skill; please use it with caution to avoid
collisions which may cause injury. Therefor the child has to be shown
the proper use of the vehicle.
Batteries and accumulators
Batteries and accumulators must not be
disposed of with domestic waste!
Each consumer is legally obliged to bring all
batteries and accumulators, regardless as to
whether they contain harmful substances* or
not, to a collection point operated by their municipality/city
district or to a retailer, so that they can be disposed of in an
environmentally friendly manner.
Please hand in batteries and accumulators in a discharged
state only!

Disposal of the device
WEEE must not be disposed of with
domestic waste!
If it is no longer possible to use the device, then
each consumer is legally obliged to dispose of
WEEE separately from domestic waste,e.g., at a
collection point operated by their municipality/city district.
This ensures that the WEEE is recycled properly and
adverse environmental effects are prevented.
It is for this reason that electronic equipment is labelled with
the indicated symbol.
1.Assemble the front wheels: (Fig 1, 1a, 1b)
Place the left and right brake onto the corresponding sides of the front
wheel, and then put the main parts into the front fork. Insert the front
axle into the brake then insert the washers on both sides of the front
axle. Secure with a hexagon nut by using wrench.
2. Assemble the rear wing bracket (Fig 2)
Align the slot on the rear wing bracket with rear fork, tighten them with
self tapping screw.
3. Assemble rear wheel (Fig 3)
Insert rear axle into rear fork, then insert the gear box into rear axle,
connect the connector of gear box with the connector of body, insert the
rear wheel into rear axle (the side with protrude should be closed with
the gear box), insert washer and axle sleeve into rear axle in order, then
make the rear axle through the two slots on the rear fork to complete the
assembly.
4. Assemble the supporting wheel (Fig 4)
Insert the left support wheel into the left side of rear axle, insert the right
supporting wheel and rear axle cover into the right side of rear axle in
order, then insert the back shield into the left side of rear axle, align the
two slots on back shield with the protrude on the body (Fig 4a), press the
back shield until hear a click. Insert a washer and hexagon nut on both
sides of rear axle, tighten them with wrench.
5. Install the cargo boxes (Fig 4)
a. Insert the cargo boxes xing tube into the square holes at the rear of
the main body in the direction shown in Figure 5a, and then insert the
cargo boxes to the left and right of the xing tube.
b. Fasten the inside of the left and right cargo boxes with bolts and nuts
as shown in Figure 5b.
c. Open the cargo boxes and fasten the cargo boxes with self-tapping
screws as shown in Figure 5c.
5. Assemble rear wing : (Fig 5)
Align the slot on the rear wing with the boss of the rear wing bracket,
and insert the boss into the hole of the slot to complete the assembly.
6. Assemble the license plate: (Fig 6)
Align the top slot on the license plate with the bottom slot on the rear of
the chassis. Press the license plate until you hear a click to complete the
assembly.
7. Assemble the handle bar: (Fig 7)
Screw out the square nut and M5 machine screws from the front fork,
and then insert the handle bar into the front fork, align the slot on the
handle bar with the slot on the front fork, tighten them with M5 machine
screws and square nut, make the connector of the handle bar through
the slots of body, then connect the connectors of handle bar and body.
Ensure the connectors are not damaged during assembly.
8.Assemble the windscreen assembly: (Fig 8)
Remove the mechanical screw and square nut from the front fork tube,
pass the connector on the handlebar through the wire slot on the
motorcycle body, and then insert the handlebar into the front fork tube,
and align the hole on the handlebar with the hole on the front fork tube.
Install and tighten the mechanical screw and square nut.
9. Install the windscreen assembly (see Figure 9).
The three connectors 2P, 3P and 5P on the windscreen assembly are
respectively connected to 5P on the handlebar, 3P and 2P connectors on
the motorcycle body, and the remaining 2P connector on the handlebar
is connected to 2P connector on the motorcycle body. Arrange the
connectors in order. Finally, align the clips of windscreen assembly with
the slots on the body and press them down rmly. Be careful not to
pinch the wire.
10. Disassemble the seat: (Fig 10)
Remove the seat, turn the screw of the seat to open position, and lift the
seat.
11. Assemble the baggage holder: (Fig 11)
Align the two buckles on the baggage holder with the slots on the tail
end of the chassis. Press the baggage holder until you hear a click to
complete the assembly. Use a self tapping screw to secure.
12. Assemble the battery: (Fig 12)
Connect the battery connector to the connector on the body near
the battery compartment. Store the wires and connectors next to the
battery. Fix the seat over the battery compartment; rotate the screw of
the seat to the lock position.
13. Assemble the exhaust pipe:(Fig 13)
Align the buckles on the exhaust pipe with the slots on the body, t
them with a tapping screw.
