 Important Attentions Before Use

1. The materials ready for grinding must be dry enough.

Wet, damp or oily materials are not suitable to be ground into powder.
Dry the materials as much as possible before grinding, and then grind it
when it is completely cool.

2. Recommend grinding capacity one time

Do not fill the grinding bin too full otherwise it will cause overload.
The material amount you gonna to grind one time must cover the long
blade in the middle and no more than 2/3 capacity of the grinding bin.
Because this machine needs a space to realize the circulation of the blade
and the material to be ground.

3. Recommend use time: no more than 3 minutes.

Even if grinding stone, it only takes 2 minutes, so don't use it for too long.
It takes 5-10 minutes to rest after every 3 minutes of work. If you
grinding some hard items, there should has a interval which is to prevent
bearing overheating and motor damage.
* General grains only need 30s to be ground into powder. If you are
not satisfied with the grinding effect, you can sieve out the coarse
particles with a mesh screen and grind it again for finer powder.
4. Check whether the blades and nuts are loose before grinding. To
ensure safety, the nut should be tightened before grinding. After
long-term use, blades and carbon brushes need to be replaced if they
are worn.
5. Don't clean the grinding bin with the water directly. Keep water
away the grinding bin and use dried rag or brush to clean the machine.
6. The motor of the grinder is brushed motor, it is normal for sparks
and smells to appear during the first few uses. After using the machine
several times, the sparks and the brush frictional odor will disappear. It is
suggested to grind some rice or tea leaves for several times to
eliminate the odor before formal using.
7. Special Reminder:
*150g grinder machine are not suitable for grinding panax notoginseng,
pearls or other tough items.
*When using 300g machine to grind panax notoginseng, pearls and
other tough items, they should be sliced to small pieces first.
