OPERATING THE AIR PURIFIER
4. Sleep Mode - Sleep mode is activated by pressing the Child Lock and Auto button
for 3 seconds. When turned on the unit will run at the lowest fan speed and turn off
all lights except for the power button.
5. Auto Mode - Touch control to select Auto Mode on/off. When in "Auto" the fan

speed will change depending on the air quality level in the room. See AQM below.
Optical Sensing in "Auto" mode: when the room is dark for over 1 minute, the unit will
enter into sleep mode automatically (dim display). When the sensor detects the room
is light, the unit will restore to standard Auto mode after one minute.
6. Filter Change Indicator illuminates to indicate it is time to change the filter. Replace
the filter according to instructions (Pg. E7). Touch and hold Auto control for 3 seconds
to reset the reminder and indicator light.
7. Air Quality Monitor (AQM): detects the amount of particulate matter (PM2.5) in the air.
AQI
The light bar under the display is the AQM indicator and it will change colors, indicating
the air quality level in the room. The particulate matter value will be displayed on the
control panel. See values and status ranges in chart below.

The colors displayed indicate the general air conditions in the room:
good (green); average (yellow); red (poor).
RESETTING THE AIR PURIFIER
The air purifier is equipped with a motor protection circuit. If activated, the overload warning indicator
will initiate and cut off the power. An audible warning "chime" will sound for 60 seconds along with a
flashing error "Err" warning on the display. To restart the unit, unplug the unit for 10 minutes, then
plug back in and power on. Note: If the unit continues to shut down, there may still be an abnormal
condition and the unit may need service.
