CAUTION!
DO NOT attempt to repair the motor or nebulizer yourself.
If the humidifier continues to not operate, please call
customer service.
Problem
LEDs do not light up.
The product fails to switch
on. LEDs light up red.
Mist has unexpected
scent.
Only very little mist.

Possible cause
The rechargeable battery
is empty.
LEDs defective.
The rechargeable battery
is empty.
Not enough water in the
water container.
This product is new. The
water in the water contai-
ner is not clean.

The water is not clean or
has been standing for too
long.
Solution
Recharge the
rechargeable
battery (please see
chapter „Charging of
rechargeable battery").
The LEDs are not
exchangeable. Please
dispose of the product
responsibly.
Recharge the
rechargeable
battery (please see
chapter „Charging of
rechargeable battery").
Fill the water container
with water (see section
"Filling in water").
Clean the water
container.
Replace the water in the
water container .
