After installing the mounting brackets for your shower panel, the final water connections
will be made.
1.
You will find the hot and cold water inlet connections on the back of the thermostatic
valve on the shower panel unit. The cold connection is labeled with a blue label and
the hot connection is labeled with a red label.
2.
Connect each of the flexible hoses to the thermostatic calf. Then connect each hose
to the corresponding hot and cold water supplies. Secure both hoses.
3.
IMPORTANT: Use the rubber washer included in your purchase.
4.
Turn on each of the valves if you installed shutoff valves in your supply line. Look for
leaks in the hot and cold water supply. If there are no leaks, you can proceed to the
next installation process.
Installing the hand shower rod.
You can hang the shower panel on the mounting brackets
you installed when you are done checking for leaks.
1.
Attach your shower panel to the wall surface with the
mounting straps over the corresponding mounting
brackets while ensuring that the flexible supply lines are
in the shower panel enclosure.
2.
Slide the shower panel down. Stop when resting on
the mounting brackets you installed. The shower panel
should be seated on the mounting brackets by pulling
down on the shower panel. You will have seated the
unit on the mounting brackets correctly after you feel a
slight downward movement and the shower panel stops
moving.
3.
Seal the shower panel with a sealer gun or bath caulk.
Pass the sealant where the unit contacts the wall surfa-
ce, using a bead of caulk. Use excess sealant to fill any
cracks or gaps in the joint and wipe off excess sealant
