WARRANTY 3 years
- Your BTV Limited Company product (minibar) is GUARANTEED against manufacturing defects and all mechanical
or electrical faults that might affect its operation during a 3-year period from the date of original purchase. The
warranty is provided by the BTV national network of Technical Support Service (SAT). In order to activate the
warranty, you must have this certificate filled out and present it with the invoice or sales receipt as proof of the
purchase.
- The warranty shall be extended one year in the cases specified in the general terms and conditions established
by the European legislative framework in the area of consumer protection.
- The warranty does not cover failures caused by actions that are not related to the direct use of this product
(minibar), such as violence, accidents, misuse, faulty installation, poor maintenance...
- The warranty shall be terminated if the product (minibar) has been manipulated by unauthorised staff and third
parties.
- Within the warranty period, all spare parts and workforce used for repairs shall be paid by BTV Limited Company.
Transportation expenses of our technical staff are not included in this warranty.
- The factory will not accept the product if its delivery has not been previously agreed on with the central
Technical Support Service.
- This warranty does not affect consumer's rights established by the law 07/2021.
VERY IMPORTANT: This warranty certificate must be kept by the customer. It will have to be given together with
the invoice or sales receipt to the Technical Support Service representative. It must be properly filled out by the
dealer. Date of purchase and dealer's seal.
The replaced parts will be kept by the Technical Support Service.
Should there be any problem, please contact your regular supplier, the closest Technical Support Service centre or
Customer Service centre via our web serviciotecnico.btv.es
Product information:
This product must not be disposed of with other household waste. Instead, it must be
disposed of in designated public collection and recycling points.
