TROUBLESHOOTING AFTER INSTALLATION

If the appliance does not work properly after installation, perform the controls in the table.
problem
The gas flow
seems irregular
The piezoelectric ignition is
not working
The electronic ignition
is not working
If the appliance still does not work properly after all the checks have been made, contact the
authorised local dealer.
ATTENTION!
Install the appliance by following the instructions contained in this manual. Non-compliant
installation can lead to inconveniences, failures, damage and serious hazards for the installer
and the user.
Check that the gas cock is completely open.
Check that the fuel supply circuit has a suitable flow rate.
Check that the burner spreaders and relative caps are positioned correctly and free
from obstructions.
Check that the nozzles are suitable for the type of gas used.
Check compatibility and correct calibration of the pressure regulator, if applicable.
Check the gas supply pipe (pipe obstructed, bent/crushed, excessively long,
unsuitable, etc.).
The glow plugs are not connected correctly to the piezoelectric igniter tabs.
The user did not press the piezoelectric igniter button properly.
The user did not press the piezoelectric igniter button at least 5-10 times (pulse
frequency 100-120 bpm).
The system is not powered.
The protection fuse is damaged.
The electrical cables are damaged and there is current leakage.
The flame spreaders and burner covers are not fitted properly.
The glow plugs are disconnected from the spark generator.
