5. USE
•
Hold on rmly to the handlebar with both hands and place one foot on the deck.
•
To be safe, leave the other foot on the ground to help keep your balance and prevent falls
or accidents.
•
The foot on the ground causes the scooter to move by pushing o the ground.
•
You can regulate speed by changing the strength and frequency of kicking.
•
Turn to the right or left with slight movements of the handlebar.
•
It is recommended to tilt your body slightly in the direction of the curve. This will improve
your ability to take a curve.
•
To slow down or stop fully, use the brake pedal on the back wheel.
•
Activate the brake with the same foot you use for kicking.
•
To brake or slow down, step on the brake pedal on the back part of the deck atop the rear
wheel.
•
The brake pressure on the rear wheel will cause the scooter to slow.
•
It is recommended to practice braking in an open space that is completely at with a uniform,
clean and dry surface.
